whether any comercial concern in Hong Kong could make use of his services I cannot, of course, say but it is ( think significant that he states that he has been unemployed four months.

In the circumstances we shall be most grateful to learn whether the Officers Association can help. Perhaps this case could be given a measure of priority since you will see that it BAS 7 am afraid so far, rather hung fire.
